Where is Vicenza and how do I get there?
Vicenza is a city in north-eastern Italy, is the capital of the eponymous province in the Veneto region, at the northern base of the Monte Berico, straddling the Bacchiglione, approximately 60 km west of Venice, 40 Km east of Verona and 200 km east of Milan.
Vicenza is a thriving and cosmopolitan city, with a rich history and culture, and many museums, art galleries, piazzas, villas, churches and elegant Renaissance palazzi. With the Palladian Villas of the Veneto in the surrounding area, and his renowned Teatro Olimpico (Olympic Theatre), the "city of Palladio" has been enlisted as UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994.
VICENZA hasn't an own airport but is realy close to VENICE, VERONA and BERGAMO Airports.
For Tablers of Canterbury there is a lot Ryan Air connection to Bergamo and Treviso (Venice) airports.
Ryan Air also could be interesting for Hannut Tablers, from Brussels to VENICE, TREVISO, VERONA and BERGAMO Airports.

Where I will stay?
As we have a rather high number of members we do guarantee you staying in a hotel, the ARIES HOTEL, nearest Vicenza Downtown.
If someone nevertheless prefers staying in a different hotel or wants to arrive earlier or wants to stay longer please contact us per Email for further information.
What will it cost me and what do I get for my money?
To cover our costs we need to charge € 240,00 per Tabler. If you join us in company your partner costs 199,00 per person.
The price includes all agenda activities including food and drinks such as beer and wine. PLEASE NOTE: The last and final date for a registration and payment is April 15th.
A registration without payment will be considered, after April 15th, as a non valid registration. Any cancellation after April 15th will not be refundable. When making this payment don't forget to announce your the one making the transfer.
